Ben Kambungu, Director

Ben is a gifted leader, entrepreneur, and visionary. He holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of Kinshasa. Ben is grateful to God for the opportunity to lead the wonderful staff at the Espoir Training Center.

Jethro Kambungu, Literacy

Jethro is a passionate and gifted language teacher. He holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Kinshasa. He is excited to be the founding French and English teacher at Espoir and grow the literacy program.

Decki Kisolokele, Building Manager

Decki’s attention to detail and care for people make him the perfect manager for the Espoir Center building. Decki holds many certifications in masonry, tile work, and maintenance. He is also a proud father to a 2 year old son with his namesake, Decki

Giselle is a highly respected female leader in Kinshasa. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Kinshasa. Giselle is passionate about empowering the women at Espoir to thrive in their own lives, families, and communities

Alice Makie, Sewing Teacher

Alice is an esteemed teacher and sought after professional seamstress. She has a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Kinshasa. Alice is a proud Mom of two girls, Greta (10) and Acacia (2).
